# Claude Usage Monitor - changelog ## [2.6.4] - 2026-09-22 - History with the claude.ai data source is now kept: the last 7 days survive restarts and updates (until now it started empty after every restart). Neked nincs teendőd – ez a frissítés átállítja a programot, a beállításaid és az előzmények megmaradnak. ## [2.6.2] - 2026-09-21 - Update check retries on its own: if it fails (no network yet after start-up, sleep/wake, a server hiccup), the app tries again after 1, 5, 15, 30 and then every 60 minutes, instead of waiting 6 hours. - Backup lamps: logs are now ordered to the second (and by the "_2" suffix of a second run in the same second), so two runs in the same minute can no longer make a lamp show the older run. Old log names keep working. - Backups: a clear disclaimer on the Backups settings tab and in the details window – the monitor only shows what the backup logs say; making sure backups are complete and can be restored is up to each user. *Magyarul:* - A frissítéskeresés magától újrapróbálkozik: ha nem sikerül (indulás után még nincs hálózat, alvásból ébredés, szerverhiba), a program 1, 5, 15, 30 perc múlva, majd óránként újra próbálja – nem vár 6 órát. - Mentési lámpák: a naplók sorrendje mostantól másodpercre pontos (és az azonos másodpercben indult második futás „_2” utótagját is figyeli), így két, ugyanabban a percben indult futás miatt a lámpa már nem mutathatja a régebbit. Everything system-specific has a macOS counterpart - sign-in token in the Keychain, start at login through a LaunchAgent, settings under ~/Library/Application Support, self-update of the .app bundle - while the Windows version behaves exactly as before. - The macOS build has its own release manifest, so the Windows and the macOS releases are published independently and never overwrite each other. An Apple Silicon build is never offered to an Intel Mac. - For developers: macos/build.sh builds the app with one command, macos/release.sh packages, uploads and verifies it, macos/doctor.sh collects diagnostics. The Windows release stays the base: a macOS release is only made for a version that is already out for Windows. - A stale single-instance lock left behind by a crash no longer blocks the next start on macOS/Linux. *Magyarul:* - Új: a program mostantól macOS-en is fut. Windows the server marks as not active, and code-name windows that are empty and never reset, are no longer shown. Ha egy ilyen ablak egyszer számolni kezd, magától megjelenik. ## [2.5.0] - 2026-09-18 - New: usage of the OTHER models. The server keeps a separate counter only for some models (often just one), so for the rest the app now reads Claude Code's own logs on this PC and shows how this week's work is split between the models - e.g. Opus 4.8 49% · 932k output tokens. It sits under the gauges in its own group, clearly labelled, because it is a share of your own usage and not a share of a limit. - Privacy: only the model name, the token counts and the timestamp are read from the logs - never the conversation. Nothing leaves your PC. - Built to never get in the way: the log folder is found automatically (or pick it in Settings → Details), reading is incremental and runs in the background with a time and size budget, online-only files are skipped, broken lines and missing folders are ignored quietly. No logs - the group simply stays hidden. - The small list now also shows server windows the app does not know by name, unless they only repeat a limit that is already on the panel. - Each line of the split can be unticked one by one; the whole group has its own switch in the menu and in Settings → Details, and it also works with the local data source. *Magyarul:* - Új: a TÖBBI modell használata. Ha nincs napló, a csoport egyszerűen rejtve marad. - A kis felsorolás mostantól a név szerint nem ismert szerverablakokat is mutatja, kivéve ha csak egy már látható keretet ismételnek. - A megoszlás sorai egyenként kipipálhatók; az egész csoportnak külön kapcsolója van a menüben és a Beállítások → Részletek lapon, és a helyi adatforrással is működik. ## [2.4.0] - 2026-09-18 - New: plan badge in the header - a little gradient pill with a sparkle: PRO, MAX 5×, MAX 20×, TEAM or ENTERPRISE. Hover it for your plan card (plan, rate-limit tier, extra usage, member since). Your name only appears on the badge if you switch that on. - New: a small list under the gauges shows every other limit the server reports - the weekly windows of the other models (Opus, Sonnet…), per-surface windows (Claude Code, connected apps…) and limits the app does not know by name yet. Each line has a status dot, a thin bar, the percentage and the time to reset. - New: extra usage (pay-as-you-go credit) - whether it is on, the monthly limit and what you have spent. - Everything is selectable: five switches in Settings → Details and in the right-click menu, plus a tick box for every single line the server currently sends for your account. - The list only takes room when there is something to show; the slim bar layout stays as it is. - Privacy: the plan is read from Anthropic's profile endpoint with your existing sign-in. A neved és az e-mail-címed soha nem kerül semmilyen naplóba. ## [2.3.3] - 2026-09-18 - Clearer menu: "Refresh usage data now" (fetches your numbers) and "Check for program updates…" (looks for a new version) can no longer be mixed up - the program update now sits in its own section above Quit. - The header shows "fetching data…" while a request runs, and the update window is titled "Program update". - The installer also cleans up the leftovers of an interrupted self-update. - Diagnostics: the log notes once per run which fields the server offers (names only, never values). *Magyarul:* - Egyértelmű menü: a „Használati adatok frissítése most” (a számaidat kéri le) és a „Programfrissítés keresése…” (új verziót keres) többé nem keverhető össze - a programfrissítés külön szakaszba került, a Kilépés fölé. - A fejléc „adatlekérés…” feliratot mutat, amíg a kérés fut, a frissítés ablaka pedig a „Programfrissítés” címet kapta. - A telepítő a félbemaradt önfrissítés maradványait is eltakarítja. - Diagnosztika: a napló futásonként egyszer feljegyzi, milyen mezőket kínál a szerver (csak a neveket, értéket soha). ## [2.3.2] - 2026-09-18 - Fixed: the self-update downloaded and verified the new version but never swapped it in (the helper process did not start). No admin rights; appears under Installed apps with a proper uninstaller. - New: online updates - the app checks for a newer version, downloads it, verifies the SHA-256, replaces itself and restarts. Your settings stay. - Fixed: "Refresh now" sometimes seemed to do nothing. The server rate-limits the usage endpoint (HTTP 429); a manual refresh now retries until it gets an answer. - Fixed: the data no longer goes stale every other minute - polling adapts to what the server allows and backs off when it pushes back. - New: visible activity - a spinning ring and "refreshing..." while a request runs, a countdown to the automatic retry, and a warning colour when the last request failed. - New: size and order of the per-model (Fable) gauge are adjustable; the gauge can be switched off on its own. - New (optional): backup status bar with traffic-light lamps for OneDrive / Nextcloud / Obsidian backups; click a lamp to see what was backed up. Configured per user, hidden unless set up. - Privacy: nothing about your machine is built into the program - backup locations come only from your own local profile. *Magyarul:* - Új: telepítő - kicsomagolod, duplán kattintasz a TELEPITES.bat fájlra, kész.
